AK GM Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing akgm.pro or downloading and using the AK GM mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and AK GM. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the AK GM platform — including but not limited to registration, account management, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, sports betting, Live Casino, Bingo, Fish Games, and use of the mobile app. They apply equally whether you access the platform via a browser on desktop, a mobile browser, or the native AK GM app.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use AK GM, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. AK GM is an adult entertainment platform. Use by individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be registering as an individual in your own name and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative on behalf of any third party when using the platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

AK GM reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide acceptable documentation when requested may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each individual may only hold one registered account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.

3 Account Management

Once your account is registered, you are responsible for all activity that occurs under it. You must:

• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
• Notify AK GM support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensure your contact information, including your mobile number and payment details, remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• Not allow any other person to use your account, even with your permission. AK GM accounts are strictly non-transferable.

AK GM will never ask for your password via any channel — not through support chat, email, or any other means. Any communication claiming to be from AK GM and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

AK GM reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on any account at any time, including requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. These checks are a standard part of platform security and player protection.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on AK GM are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistan players:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers via the State Bank of Pakistan's payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers from your bank account
• Cards — Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards
• Mobile Wallets — other supported digital wallet services

Deposits are generally processed instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method. AK GM does not charge fees on deposits from the platform side, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider before transacting.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed in a timely manner. You will be informed of the expected processing timeline at the point of requesting a withdrawal. AK GM reserves the right to carry out verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account. These limits may vary by payment method. Attempting to deposit funds from a payment account that does not belong to you is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

AK GM offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and will be clearly labelled as bonus funds separate from your real-money balance.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion) a stated number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets, Live Casino games, Bingo, and Fish Games may contribute different percentages toward meeting the wagering requirement. Check the specific promotion page for details.
• AK GM reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is cancelled before you have met the wagering requirement, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash directly without meeting the wagering requirement.

Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in coordinated bonus abuse with other players — will have their bonuses voided and their account reviewed for suspension.

6 Sports Betting Rules

AK GM's sports betting section covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, domestic Pakistan cricket, and international matches), Football, Esports, and other sports as available. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where a specific market explicitly allows early cashout.
• Odds are displayed in the format shown on the platform and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, AK GM's void and settlement rules for that market will apply. These rules are stated in the specific market terms available on the betting section.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• AK GM reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is clear evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or data errors in the odds feed.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at AK GM's discretion, particularly around key moments such as wickets, goal kicks, or technical interruptions.

AK GM uses data from recognised sports data providers to settle bets. In the event of a discrepancy between AK GM's settlement and the official result, the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board or sports body will take precedence.

7 Casino & Game Rules

AK GM's gaming section includes Live Casino (with real dealers streaming live), Bingo with community jackpot rounds, Fish Games, and other game categories. The following general rules apply across all game types:

• Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for reading and understanding a game's rules before playing.
• Game results are determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of Live Casino, by the physical outcome of live dealer actions. Results are final.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a disconnection before a result is recorded — AK GM will attempt to resolve the round based on available server data. If no reliable data exists, the round may be voided and the stake returned.
• Bingo jackpot rounds are community events. Jackpot amounts and rules are displayed within the Bingo section and are subject to change between rounds.
• Fish Games are arcade-style entertainment games. Outcomes are determined by the game's certified mechanics. Scores and prizes are as displayed within each game session.

AK GM reserves the right to suspend any game or game category for maintenance, regulatory review, or technical reasons without prior notice. In such cases, any affected active bets or game rounds will be handled in accordance with the void and refund rules applicable to that game type.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on AK GM and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance, bonuses, and pending withdrawals:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity, age, or payment information at any point.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, or game glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in Live Casino table games or Bingo, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any form of financial fraud.
• Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge of a fixed outcome.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing AK GM staff or other players through any communication channel on the platform.
• Attempting to circumvent deposit limits, self-exclusion, or other responsible gaming tools through the creation of new accounts or other means.

AK GM cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in matters relating to fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activity. We reserve the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where such activity is suspected.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the AK GM platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and the AK GM brand name — is the intellectual property of AK GM or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any AK GM content without express written permission. You may not use the AK GM name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with AK GM without written authorisation.

The AK GM mobile application is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the application.

10 Privacy & Data

AK GM collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at akgm.pro/privacy-policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

We collect personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and legal authorities where required by law.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data in circumstances where we are no longer required to retain it. Contact support to make any such request.

11 Responsible Gaming

AK GM is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming on our platform is intended purely as entertainment for adults. It should never be considered a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on how much you can deposit. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately but cannot be increased until a cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period of time.

12 Limitation of Liability

AK GM provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted, AK GM shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of winnings due to a technical failure where the game round cannot be verified.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any third-party actions, including payment processor delays or failures that are outside AK GM's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded. In all cases, AK GM's total liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Suspension & Account Closure

AK GM reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and has a zero balance.
• We are required to do so by law or a regulatory direction.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach, any balance may be held pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be released. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting AK GM support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any pending wagering requirements or verification checks being completed first.

14 Amendments to These Terms

AK GM may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details on their account — this may be through an in-platform notification, an email to your registered address, or a notice on the website.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the new Terms take effect.

It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
